My experience was certainly positive with Feeny. Steve Bond was very attentive when I requested information and pricing. The truck I purchased was not equipped with all of the options I wanted and Steve arranged to have those added before delivery. I would recommend your dealership to others, and I would utilize Feeny again should I want to buy another Chrysler product.

My experience at Feeny in Gaylord was short and hassle-free; which is exactly what I needed.  After dealing with other dealerships and wasting a lot of time that I didn't have, my sister recommended I call Ryan @ Feeny in Gaylord.  I decided to check out their web-site and saw a vehicle I had been looking at and wanted.  One phone call, one visit, and a couple of emails and we had a deal!  They not only took care of contacting my insurance company, but they brought the vehicle to me in Bellaire and picked up my trade-in!  And a week later my sister received a referral check in the mail!!

Being a Nissan family for 20 years this is the first purchase and experience of a Chrysler and with a Chrysler Dealership.  We were very impressed with Ryan on the sales staff.  He promptly returned phone calls and suggested ideas to make our purchase experience across the miles (100+) manageable.  The drivers sent to our home were courteous and good natured.  Jan in your finance department was easy to work with and provided complete answers to our numerous questions.  

 

The only concern we had, was a day after purchase, we noticed one of the top tail lights that encircles the Dodge logo was out.  We will be contacting our local Chrysler dealership to have this repair made.  

 

Overall, I would recommend Feeny Chrysler Dodge Dealership to our family and friends.

We had a great experience buying our new Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Ryan Sharpe was our sales person. We have a very busy life and he was able to accommodate us by email (36 of them). We only spoke on the phone once. He picked a time for us to come and pick it up and out of the door in less than 30 minutes we were off to hockey practice. The best part was getting the color I wanted to tons of rebates. He worked really hard to find what we wanted and I love my new van.

He explained and showed us all the mechanics/electronics of the vehicle we purchased. He was very patient with us with all of our questions and answered them to our satisfaction. I walked into Feeny on my lunch break just to take a look around not really wanting to purchase a vehicle that day, or even thinking it was a possibility. Ryan Sharpe approached me and asked what I was looking for. I just told him I was looking around. I really appreciated that he was not pushy! I did end up loving a Ford Focus, but Ryan pointed me in the direction of a Ford Taurus, which was more than twice the vehicle then the Focus was. I test drove it and loved it, keep in mind this was all on my 1 hour lunch break. So just for the heck of it I decided to see if my husband and I could get approved for a loan to purchase the car. I went back to work not getting my hopes up because like I said I went in the dealership not really even thinking of purchasing a vehicle. But, to my surprise, Ryan called me only 2 hours later saying I was approved! (Thanks to Jan who actually got me a lower interest rate then what I had on my previous vehicle) So all in a matter of 4 hours I was able to drive out of the Feeny parking lot with my new (to me) 2008 Ford Taurus. (With a FULL tank of gas, per Ryan) I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from Ryan at Feeny's!
